I've got 25mm sag front and back, with the rear preload at 5. This is what I wanted for the track. I drop the rear to 4 if I'm going on a long ride.

The 60 series tires are stinkers. They are not a trianglated as a 70 so the response is slower.

Sport Rider has an outstanding article on setting sag, not hard but a two person job. Just Google it, you'll find it

If there is too much preload in the fork just cut the spacer shorter. I use PVC pipe so it cuts easily with a pipe cutter.

The RT set up is very nice. I've installed two kits in the last year. Very good results and easy to do.

The only problem? Now you'll really hate the OEM shock!
