Just wondering if you have had bad experience with BikeBandit.com. I've just had a terrible experience with them and don't really want to buy anything from them.
Which brings me to my next question. Unfortunately, I have about $44 BikeBandit "bucks". Since I don't want to buy from them, is it illegal to "sell" that?

This is the type of place where you should post your experience so other people can make an informed decision about ordering from them.
I have made many purchases from them and never have had an issue. If you have $44 in bandit bucks that would lead me to believe you have made quite a few purchases from them too.

I have ordered few things from them in the past. $44 came from returning my half helmet I purchased from the. They gave me credit instead of a refund. During that return process (and other purchases) the customer service was great. Little slow as the credit came about a week after they received the return.. no real issue there.
This was an isolated incident as I've made purchases from them in the past and didn't really have any issues.
I bought pair of gloves last Monday. The status said "cross-shipped, in progress". Friday I saw that it was still the same so I contact them. They informed me that it is still being shipped from CA warehouse to them and it'll be delayed 1-4 days. So I asked why didn't they contact me if it wasn't in stock and if I should just cancel and order something that's in stock. They informed me it'll be shipped this week so if I cancel and order another, it'll be about the same time.
Yesterday I called seeing no chance in my order. They said it's still delayed since it's being shipped from CA warehouse. At that time it was already delayed 9 days so I just cancelled it.
Only issue I've had with them was slow processing times and shipping times. But I let it go since I am in Hawaii. This time it was just taking too long. Like I said, isloated incident, nothing against the store.
