She seems to be exiting every corner too wide and also forcibly touching her knee down when it's not always needed.
Wide exits means she's prolly going too fast to maintain safe control. Bad posture exacerbates the problem by positioning her body weight in the wrong location to execute the turn smoothly.
All of this is, of course, easier said than done... I'm still learning and trying to improve myself. I wish I could get someone to video record my riding too- to help me see & learn from all my mistakes- which I'm sure there are lots. It takes time & practice I guess.
It always amazes me how many people who spend well over $1000 on a riding suit with knee pucks use such terrible form just so they can drag their knee. It does no good to hang your butt off the seat and get your knee way out if your head is still over the tank. :shakehead:
First of all I wouldn't really call her a squid. At least she is in full gear and not trying to ride like that in jeans like many people I've seen on that road. I do know that road quite well. That's Palomar. But she's riding way above her head and skill level. Really crossed up badly. Those turns are tighter than they look in the video and she's carrying a lot of speed into the turn and having to try and rotate the bike to try and keep it from running wide.
