Any cure for --> rattling windscreen?

After changing my stock to the Puig Racing screen, I can hear the rattling when riding 3k rpm or higher (gets louder as RPM rise). I have checked all screws are as tight as can be without striping the threads.

Does anyone have a solution for this? I'm sure i'm not the only one with this problem.

Stick something between the screen and black plastic piece under the screen that puts pressure on the screen. A balled up sock, or anything will work.

I have heard that someone else had that issue and it was just a loose bolt.

The solution is to use the search feature, because as you say, you're not the only one with this problem and a quick search would point you to several threads already dealing with the issue.

Here is the culprit...you have to take all of the fairing off to fix the issue...so if you can live with it do it...

you need to put silicone on the 4 star washers to lock the plastic pcs down...enjoy!

What he said, but instead of a sock I keep a black rag there in case I ever need to wipe the windscreen or my visor off.
