Ammunition shortage?

i have an XD9 as well. a fine pistol. i was able to find ammo at freedom munitions and bought 500 rounds before they sold out. so i have over 1000 rounds. but that wont last long shooting 250 a month.

We just got 40 pistols and 10 "black rifles" in at my local shop. They posted about it on their facebook page, but won't tell anyone what they got in lol. Also noticed a lot of places have really gouged the price of ammo up. Saw 9mm bulk ammo online, 1000 rounds for $499. Ouch. I use to pay just a hair over $200 for 1000 rounds.

yeah... I was reading that on one of my shooting groups earlier... def. leans towards/invites political arguments.
