I washed the chain, back and front sprockets and the plastic covers on the front. Got all the old dirty grease off.
Now it is nice and clean with new chain lube

That is probably not more than 50 liters. Mine is 48 liters and also fits two helmets. I like your bix with all the reflection stuff on the sides as well

I got it from Skidmarkz or something in the UK. Not 100% happy with it and won't recommend it. Too much wind right in the face and the wind noise is annoing. Less than what it is with the stock screen, but too much for my liking.

Flea bay. A guy in Victoria, Australia. I was unsure at first about getting such a big box (48lt) but love it.
I can get by jacket, pants, boots and gloves in it.

My bike is metalic red. Not rust orange.
The color is anout 95% match, but is not visible.
The install took longer than it could have because I didn't know exactly what to take of to get the old ones off. The only thing you have to take off is the plastic around the gauges.
I didn't drill at...
I got one of these relays yesterday and installed it. Works very well and I don't have to worry about leaving the grips on when I get off the bike.
On the XJ6 the wiring under the seat is a bit different from the FZ6R, but I found the tail light fuse easily and took the wire going into the fuse...
Thanks for the write-up.
I found this low-profile socket that sits lower on the fairing:
Low-Profile Powerlet Socket - Powerlet Products
and here is an idea for the wire going through a relay that will prevent battery drain when the bike is off. I haven't done it myself yet, but others...
I installed mine too last night, but still need a way to get the wiring through the ignition so that it turns off when the bike is off. At the moment the wires go directly to the battery.
Anybody any ideas on how to do this without the PDU?
How did you go with this? Any pics and issues you found?
I bought my Hot Grips today and will install tonight. Had enough of this freakin' cold hands in the morning.
