I believe it refers to the roller coaster style safety bar, in most situations I think I'd prefer to come loose rather than go wherever a 1300lb machine is headed. Especially on a trike, seems like they'd be good at sliding upside down or flipping around in a worst case scenario :surrender:

Car tire on the bike and from what I've heard the laneway for the Boss Hoss dealership is black with all the burnt rubber. Most things get improved when you stick a Corvette engine in them, motorcycles, aircraft, many other cars...mmmm :)

The difference is all in the Butt Dyno. Some people may "feel" a difference but for average riding there is going to be very little difference in performance as well as in mileage. Certainly doesn't make enough difference to pay extra. Also if you are at a pump that serves the multiple octanes...

There's another video somewhere of a Litrebike racing a Nissan GT-R. The bike was faster to take off in the straights but the Nissan was faster in the twisties. The bike loses time when it has to get vertical before leaning to the other side.

I always love seeing the shined tires on bikes or any vehicle really. people will wash and polish and maybe even wax a bike to make it look pretty, but some of the cleanest bikes i've seen are the ones with shined tires. Usually (READ USUALLY) indicates someone who cares about their machine...
