    Targa Fender Eliminator Caution

So something weird happened to my inspection tag holder. I weigh about 175lbs on a good day + gear. I also have about 4 lbs of stuff in my tailbag. I got home from an 8 hour ride (Riding around Houston taking pictures of houses that are going on auction) and saw this...

    200 mile trip... No problem!

I went for a 200 mile adventure on the FZ6R. There was one curve that almost made me crash at 60 mph due to gravel. I stopped for a little bit to calm my nerves and saw a photo op. http://www.pbase.com/all86/image/134007520/original.jpg I was very surprised that my shoulders were not...

Hot Weather Mesh: What's everyone wearing?

I highly recommend the Joe Rocket! I had one for 2 years until I sold it. Very durable and the inner liner works when the temps drop to 60s.

    2011 FZ6R Break in.

I would say ride it just like you would ride a broken-in bike. As soon as you get home, I recommend you change the oil and the oil filter.

My first time being a sweeper

Excellent suggestion. Not only is he a danger to himself but to the sweeper as well (which is me).

My first time being a sweeper

The rider on the KLX is fairly new to motorcycles so he stayed in the middle of the group. He had a couple of oh sh!t moments but overall he did fine. Being a sweeper is hard work and kind of dangerous. YouTube - Ride to Katy 3/17/2011

    The brake is not enough

I have since upgraded to steel-braided lines and braking is so much better. What I used to do before the steel-braided lines is use engine braking.
