    Mirror base plates

As someone stated previously in a thread, the stock mirror mounts for yr 07-08 zx6r fit the stock mounts for the fz6r. so i purchased a set of 07-08 zx6r mirror block offs from ebay and they fit perfectly.

    Windscreens for FZ6R

The tinted screen is definitely noticeably shorter than stock. It looks 1in+ shorter at least. As for the air-flow, I'm 5' 10 and I never noticed a huge difference, but there may be a slight one... I have a tendency to tuck at high speeds though.

New Video, Two Bros exhaust in action

Well anyway, I just got the Trojan Universal mirrors in the mail this morning, they look ok just your basic plastic. I'll try to post some detailed pictures later.

    Removing stock Mirrors?

I feel the need to explain to you the definition of what a "universal" product is, it is a product that is intended to function as a working component of MANY DIFFERENT TYPES OF BIKES. This means that these mirrors were not designed specifically for this particular bike. Of course it is not...

    Turn signals emitting smoke?

Thanks for all the great tips guys & girl  I ended up using the situation as an excuse to look for another pair of rear LED indicators which I found after work. Will install later tonight and hopefully that'll be that!

    Removing stock Mirrors?

Congrats on the new mirrors! And yeah it definitely takes some tinkering with the pivots to find the "sweet spot". After seeing the mirrors PVD_FZ6R posted though on page 1 I couldn't help but order a pair of those too off EBAY just to see how they look.

    Turn signals emitting smoke?

So I finally finished wiring my aftermarket turn signals. Smoked flush mounts up front that I purchased from Cycle Gear, and the clear lense arrow style signals that came with the Competition Werkes fender eliminator kit in the rear. What I did to connect them was use the original turn...

    Removing stock Mirrors?

The visibility is pretty good, you can position them pretty much anyway you can imagine. The mirrors can actually extend almost twice the length of what I pictured by just rotating them out 180 degrees. I was originally thinking of going with some Rizomas but in the end I couldn't justify...

    Removing stock Mirrors?

After a little elbow grease and some patience I finally got rid of the fugly stockies and replaced them with the Roaring Toyz billet mirrors in black which IMO is the best appearance enhancing mod available so far! It was fairly easy to do the swap, just had to go through a few steps...

    Removing stock Mirrors?

I finally got around to ordering a pair of universal mirrors from Roaring Toyz which look great, and they attach to stock mounts too. But I'm not sure how to actually go about removing the stock mirrors. If you lift up the rubber casing around the base of the stock mirrors you'll see that...
