Ironic I did the same thing, only mine involved an intersection and a car left turning right in front of me. But front-flipping my bike was much, much, much more desirable than plowing into the side of a car. Full gear on so I came out okay after a short flight, but the poor bike... You are...
Yeah I'm still in break in, shift at around 5500 or so. Though I have spent some time shifting at 7k-8k and the bike performs alot better/smoother, but obviously have to be post break-in b4 that's the norm.
Just wondering if anyone leans farther down at higher speeds (60-80), or stays in the more uprightish position that the 6r puts you in naturally.
Only had it a week or so on 35mph commute ride, but doing some longer trips next 2 weekends and was a bit curious.
Thanks,
PW

Mine actually had 3mi on when I got it. When I bought it, it was still in the box at the dealer so they toke it out and their service guy spun it around to make sure it was a-okay.
Yeah have a full set of gear; helmet & jacket (scorpion), gloves, kevlar riding jeans. I like being intact...
Delivered and in my garage. Only taken it around the block a few times. Will commute tommorow (3mi, surface streets). Very excited about a very sexy bike (obviously my first). Picture isn't the greatest but I'll get another one when it's in the work lot with some sunshine and green. Glad to be...
