Try pump the brake pedal when the car is off and while the car is on (it could be the booster). It could be the seal in the master cyl not sealing to get pressure. if it is the seal you will need a new master cyl.

Isn't the red key the master key? I was given 2 black keys and 1 red key when i got my bike and told that the red key was to program new keys just incase i lost the black ones. Well thats how it is in Australia

Good news I got my clip-ons today, but i won't be able to install them on the bike for 2 weeks because i'm going on a holiday. They look good and i will be mounting them on top of the triple mount, They are about 1.5 inches forward and 1.5 inches lower then the stock bars. I'm just worried...

And by the way it is illegal to derestrict the fz6r unless you get it re-registed as a full powered bike which you are not allowed to ride on your restricted licence. It sucks i know

Yea i'm not saying the $150 is not worth it, I just know a fabricator who said he can do it for free;) and i know you can re-install the old one if i brought the $150 kit. I have riden one without the restriction and its alot faster I don't know why they restrict it so much?
