Will do. The grips definitely helped with the stock bars and for ~$15 they're a great investment.

Um, I thought there was more vibration with the Renthals...however, by the time I left Chad's place my head was pounding so the ride home really sucked. I may have just been looking for a problem too, I generally do with new stuff. I haven't ridden with them since we installed them cause of crappy weather.

Had a seriously close call in Virginia years back. Just blind luck really. Was on a divided highway, 2 lanes both directions, raining, and was in the right lane directly behind a cage when a truck in the left lane skidded into the car right next to me. I had an epiphany at that moment...do not locate yourself in a place (especially in wet weather) where you can be compressed into canned meat. I even stay to
one side or the other in dry weather. Call me paranoid. I just don't want to see that happen to anyone.

I missed a 2007 R1 50th anniversary for 2300.00 yesterday. They are going for 8k and have 183 HP and velocity stacks and stuff from the factory. There is one on eBay for 13k right now. Most of the local bikes are priced too high and I'd hate to buy on only looking at a photo and pay to ship it here from out of state. The power jump is about a 2.5 x over the FZ6R with an R1 but I got to the point where I didn't really respect the power anyway. I was always goosing the FZ6R and wanted more and that's why I had so many mods. I might be able to live with a stock R1 (who am I kidding)....lol

They're FANTASTIC! I highly recommend them. Vibration is pretty much non-existent with them.
