I knew that was coming lol.Dang, I was trying to wait until I had my skull cigarette lighter and led map lights.I might as well light up the bags interior.I'll snap a few pics tonight

Do you know the 2 bolts that hold the front of the tank down near the handlebars?I brought the wires out next to them.You have a few options honestly, but its the most convenient place.

My tank bag was designed for wires to come out near the bars.So all I have to do is lay the bag on the tank and plug it in to get power.

The plug is the same one a quick connect trickle charger uses.My bike came with a quick connect already installed on my battery.Both have a 15a fuse.I already plugged the dc outlet into the trickle charger plug and the indicator light kicked on fine.

So if you buy the right trickle charger, you'll end up with a connection for your dc outlet on the side of your bike as well.It isn't a big deal, but it could be handy camping or for a work light.

Since I'm 6 foot, the wind would hit me right in the neck when riding so I'm hoping this is just high enough so that on the colder rides, I don't need a face mask under my helmet.

These are spare so I'm doing an okay pass at these with high temp paint but when I install these I can send the current valve covers to get powder coated along with other parts

Pics tomorrow.I've taken a few, but I got a pair of pod lights to keep in the bag tonight.I'll post pics over the weekend when i'm finished.

A cigarette lighter won't work with it.They just fall out (TWSS I know already lol) chargers have the metal tabs on the side to hold them in.It works great for everything except a cigarette lighter.

I'm going to go route those lights through my bag and stuff.Just wanted to let you know I haven't forgetten the pics.

LOL well I orderd the amber so that I could add on funtional turn signals here and there but the red are just for accent / under glow

I'll probably end up adding red LED accents to my bike. Red offsets the white and black quite well.

Changed the oil to Motul 10w-40, added my Shogun no cut sliders (finally), and cleaned and lubed the chain. Oh and put about 100 miles on her just to make sure hr oil is working properly.
