I saw a guy riding with both hands on the handlebars but he had his head to the side and his shoulder up to hold the phone in between. It looked horribly uncomfortable. I was really hoping it would slip out and be smashed beyond repair.
 
The following comments are made with the assumption that he actually was using his cell phone. If it turns out he wasn't, please disregaurd.

I think the saddest part is that he reproduced. I hope his kids got their intelligence from their mother.

I know that's cold and calloused, but hey, if you're dumb enough to use a phone while riding, especially around a corner, don't expect me to feel sorry for you when they scrape you off the pavement.
 
There are stupid moves and then who knows, maybe he was trying to respond to a life or death type situation, no one knows the circumstance except the person on the other end of the phone call/txt.
 
I agree with you Nasty.I'm guessing he was using his phone for directions in one form or the other.

One of my friends moved, and I had to stop 4 or 5 times to find his new house, with the directions in a text.But i'm still here to agree with you
 
I am usually not for any government control, but I think, because most of us lack self control and don't have much personal discipline, the only answer right now is to electronically block the incoming/outgoing cell signal except for certain emergency situations by some sort of proximity device. I shudder to even admit that I am saying this, but something needs to be done.

No excuse, pull the F*%$ over and answer your call... it's like I told the idiot kid that turned into me earlier this year with no signal and no warning. If you are trying to do something other than operate your vehicle, then pull over and make time. This isn't the movie Speed. You can slow down and pull over... there is no bomb. It's just complete tunnel vision. It's like the morons in the cages that are swerving all over the road and I can see their head angling down from their rear window. Herpa derp! I don't care if I put countless other lives in danger by being a dumbass!

Condolences to his family. Even though he made poor choices he still could have been a good father, husband, child, or friend.
 

My guess was he did something that he didn't want to get pulled over for. Maybe he thought the T-1000 was chasing him instead of the real police.

Cocaine is a helluva drug!
