he kept posting threads asking peoples opinions then attacking there opinions and just being kinda rude... and some of us got tired of it and said something... we never asked him to leave in fact i told him not to but he said kinda like a pouty little kid fine if you dont want me around....and left... i dno

"I don't know what's happened to this forum lately. People here used to appreciate a good argument, with a few defensive names/comments in it.
Now everybody has gotten all "babyfied" and as soon as somebody even says a curse word they get jumped on.
There's a difference in trying to be "New Rider Friendly" and being overly controlling.
Honestly, i've had plenty of people from this forum tell me "I'm glad you kept being harsh with me about gear, after some time it made me realize I needed it", If what I do helps one person make the decision to put their gear on, it's worth it.
Being harsh is the only way to get through to alot of people. In my own experience a harsh comment sticks out well over a "prettied up explaination" of why you should do something. I've been on this forum for well over a year, made a decent post count of the exact same kind of post that everybody is now complaining about, and I NEVER got flack over it. EVER. Until now for some reason.
Since so many of you are so worried about this now though I guess i'll just stop posting on this site. It's been a good run here, but obviously i'm not wanted here the way I am, I have some good friends here, but it's come to an end now. Goodbye guys."
