I don't think this is a repost..there is alot of post on lowering with the links but I want to know if anyone has just lowered the front ends the way they describe here?
"The bike’s front end sits unusually high, and along with an odd appearance it also reflects in handling as the Yamaha isn’t the tightest liner. Obviously the budget conscientious forks have a lot to do with its handling capabilities, but a few turns of the wrench helped improve both aspects. There is plenty of room beneath the handlebar to allow for the forks to rise through the triple trees, thereby lowering the front end for a more aggressive stance and more weight bias on the front, allowing for slightly quicker turning ability without creating any skittishness. Gotta love the freebie mods."
I'd love to lower the front end of my bike without the links. Thanks for lookn
