State laws, dont hate on them. We run sweeps all the time where I work and there are several states that bar them for various reasons or we have to change our sweeps to meet all state rules etc.
Hell in Canada you have to answer a mathematical question in order to win a sweeps, its their law.

Mine wouldn't either at first, just showed the red ex and some numbers (numerous times).
I just entered the numbers after the x (don't know why) and clicked submit, and it pulled up a captcha.
Took a few times at the captcha to get it right, even though i know i was right everytime. With all that work, I better get it. :zombie:
