Don't rush. Do a million light coats. I rushed on my first one and it started to run. I was able to make it look ok after 5-6 coats. Take your time

I used a small heater to help it dry, that saved me time!

yeah my situation sucks because i live in Minnesota and i don't have a heater in the garage. i have a small space heater but it doesn't really do anything

To make them black. They come silver on the raven. Plastidip is great since you can peel it off if you dont like it.

I think this was the point.

Plastidip is great since you can peel it off if you dont like it.

Paint/powder coat up to and above $100 depending on where you go

and like JSP said you can take this stuff off if it doesn't look good.

really, its always about best ways to save money dude. plasti-dip when done right looks just like paint/powder coat without it being permanent. if saving money makes me cheap then so be it
