Yeah we can't keep her locked up for too long, they need that space for truly dangerous criminals like an old lady who gets busted growing pot.

She plead guilty, that means the prosecutors office didn't have to do anything hence the light sentence. She took a life, she was on drugs, her sentence is a total insult. I don't get why the passenger would be facing charges though.

Statistics say that a drunk driver will drive 80 times drunk before getting caught. After they get caught they're right back at it. Be careful out there guys, we live in a dangerous dangerous world! Where apparently you only serve 2 years for murdering someone..

I second that! I have lost two family members to drunk drivers. One was six years old. No tolerance here.
