no, i bought the wrap myself as i prefer to wrap my exhausts. looks nice, helps with heat, and helps with some exhausts having a resonance issue.

Youtube page says, "no fuel control or block off plates installed yet.".

Any popping or loading up of any kind?

Look really good! I'm digging the design. Sound just as good also. Might need some tuning a bit... Did you get a PCV or something like that. If there no map available for it you should try my Advgear RevB as a start. That don't beat a dyno tune, but it's been one of the best base map so far.

Just one thing I notice... your stud look a bit too short. Usually you want to have 1 or 2 thread showing up (rule of thumb) to make sure the lock nut is locked...

the pic of the head studs was before they were tightened. they were not even finger tight. there's plenty of thread through the nut once it's torqued.

What are the block off plates for? The O2 sensor hole?

so i have little to no experience messing with exhausts.... would it be wise for me to do this on my own or get one of my buddies from the shop or my dad to give me a hand with the install?

minus the wrap, I'm sure i could have done this in an hour. its all slip fit with springs. i don't think you would have any issues doing this on your own. all you need are 4.5 and 6mm hex bits, and a 10 and 12mm socket/wrenches. that and its nice to have a torque wrench for the head studs.

the block off plates delete the factory air injection that routes excess exhaust gases back into the air intake. you remove it and cover the openings with aluminum plates.

the 02 sensor hole is 10x1.25 pitch and i just used a bolt to plug it. easy peasy.

Hey spider, have you got your fuel management yet? If you have, how is your performance? Did you need to get the block offs as well?

Also, how much wrap did you get to do the project. 50 or 100 ft.

My system is on the way and I'd like to get everything else I need ordered so I will be able to jump in and get it done without delay.

so yes? hard to tell.

If it doesn't come with one you can easily pick up an 02 bung plug from a local store. Perfect exhaust for someone looking for an exhaust and who plans on running a power commander with auto tune.

theres an 02 bung in it but its not a standard size as i already stated.

i used about 75-100 feet of wrap.

at pax so anything else will have to wait!

Gotta quick question I've just installed the two brothers exhaust and I didn't relies it didnt have the o2 sensor bung.. would it corse any damage if i ride the bike to an exhaust shop to get one fitted? It would proably take about 30mins to ride there..

Hey man I'm by no means an expert but 30mins of running a little lean shouldn't hurt anything.
