There is a lesson here! First vid... guy locked his breaks hard, stoppie... second guy, swerved.... if the first guy would have simply swerved, he could have avoided the accident. Not his fault, obviously... but this is exactly what swerving is for, you can get out the way faster than trying to stop.

Great idea, but I can honestly say... being just over a year old (on the MC)... I did a lot of googling on terms.... and it seemed to work for me.... I started with the simple ones....

squid
...
then moved on to the others:
tank slapper
trail braking
....
then, recently... got a taste of local culture... "pound sand"

It wouldn't be a bad idea to have a "glossary of terms" thread, but what makes us think that someone would actually look at THAT thread, when they obviously don't look at the SEARCH sticky thread or forum rules?
What about a new sub-forum under the "Main Lobby/New Member Section" titled "NEW MEMBERS: Read First prior to posting on forum" and then have the threads about terms, forum rules, searching....? It seems that the important Read First threads are sort of scattered around instead of in one place.
