The bike runs terrible? It idles rough and almost wants to die after rev... I went from about sea level to 8k elevation, then back to sea level in about a 4 hour time frame. Bike was stalling a bit under load at the very top of the Mt.

Is this normal for our bikes? Does the stock ECU not learn that fast? I am also close to my 4k mile service.

Tips and advice thanked for in advance,
Craig

Try uplugging the battery for about five minutes to reset the ecu before you go an get your tb adjusted and see if that helps

When I towed my bike from VA..(about 700ish above sea level) to OR (about 4,000ish above), and started it up for the first time it did the same thing. Ran like absolute crap.

Once it got used to it, it was fine and never did it again. We ride from 3k to 6k and down with no issues though...
