I was gonna mention something about that, but I thought I'd let it slide. He'll discover soon enoughI think you're backwards. 1 is the softest setting. If I set mine to 1 and sat on it the bike would probably bottom out.
I weigh at about 212-215 on average. Have my shock set to 6. Don't usually carry passengers, only once in a while. Just felt like it wallows about at the factory setting of 3.Just wondering what everyone has their rear shock absorber set to. I am 210 pounds and just trying to find the right setting.
Your the same exact height/Weight as me almost haha I weigh in only one pound lighter then you hahaI'm still at 3, haven't really had the opportunity to mess around with it. I'm about 5'10" 175lbs
I'm getting at this point too. I ride 4 alone and 7 with my wife and luggage. I will need to pick a setting and leave it there soon... I can feel the shock perch isstarting toget a bit piss of mooving too much I might settle for 5... and put some packers when riding 2up... lol :iconbeer:225lbs and I like 6. 7 with the 120lb wife on the back. Be careful how often you change this. I used to ride on 4 with just me and 7 with my wife and would change it constantly. the spanner wrench ended up bending the parts between the slots on the adjuster ring form doing it too often. It ended up getting stuck in position and wouldn't move. I had to get in there and bend everything back and use a lot of muscle to get it to move.
