Question about pods

I've always put pod filters on my bike, but it doesn't look like anyone is putting them on the FZ6R. Is there a reason why? I'm sure Marthy knows, as he's spent a lot of time tuning this bike.

I looked into it, just need a crankcase breather. Wasn't sure what the other two hoses going into the airbox are

Because the bikes have individual throttles and is more beneficial to have velocity stacks than cone filters for each body.
