Possibly wanting to downgrade to a CBR 250 or 500? Thoughts?

Sold the FZ6R about 10 days ago, and picked up an R3 today. It's fine on the freeway imo, if you like light bikes and all that.

I do like the looks of the RWB Honda 500, but 420 lbs.
That's an odd swap to make. Problem with insurance?

The R3 seems like an outstanding bike and sure to be a lot of fun.

Make sure you give us a good review and comparison to the FZ6R. I think it would probably a great bike for SampsonNation as well.

Having owned street bikes from 250cc up to 1200cc, I personally think 400-500cc is a good range for light and fun but enough power for the highway. It's too bad there are not a lot of bikes in that range in Canada and the US. Your R3 should have plenty of power for the highway, though. I would love one if I didn't do so much touring.
