photoshop help asap plz

Can you please put these wheels on this rig for me, im at the office and dont have photoshop here.

these wheels on the two following RUBICON and add like a 3 inch lifted look to it:

me too. <---thats the only help you will get out of me in this thread. my photoshop skills resemble a 3 year olds drawing, or mine for that matter.
