New to Bike Questions

Hi folks! new to forum & 2010FZ6R,I have a couple tech questions for ya'll,first one regarding handlebar mounting.the bars/position is tweaked off center a bit from a mild drop,don't think the bars are bent but from what I understand the risers are mounted in rubber & can maybe shift in the mounting,is this possible and can you get a torque wrench under the upper triple w/o removing plastics(for re-tightening)? Second question is regarding chain lube,how often should this be done or is it something that you just have to keep an eye on & done when needed? It's been quite a few years since I've had a bike w/o a belt and never had one with an o-ring chain,my dealer recommended a product called Chain-Wax which I purchased.Thanks in advance for any tips/info.BTW we purchased the bike in May,new as a leftover.

if you check your manual i believe it tells you about when to lube your chain i personally do it when i feel like it or when its dry i guess and as far as the handlebars i think you unclamp them at the top to adjust them and its a nut on the bottom of them that you can get to without taking the tipple off i replaced my bars so i cant really remember =/

You can get in without removing too many plastics, but a large torque wrench may be tough.

The chain should be cleaned, slack checked, and adjusted if necessary, and re-lubed every 600 miles. I did that on mine, and after 10,000 miles, it was still in great shape!!
