Hey all. Brett from St. Louis. I'm a new rider and my bike is a week old. Been wanting to ride for a really long time. MSF is next Friday so for now I'm just rolling around in my neighborhood getting used to friction zone, brakes, etc.

Been looking around the forum for a few days now, learning a lot from the threads.

:Im With Stupid:... but also don't be afraid to use the "Search" feature first. There's a lot good info in this forum that can be accessed without having to post a new thread asking a question that has been discussed ad nauseum.

Even better, hit google and search your question. The search function on this site is just short of not so good. Google your question, with "FZ6R" in it? Golden.

Ironically, it will likely lead you right back to this site, this is kind of where of all the info is at, it's just hard to find without google. Plus it will stop the "You didn't search" bashing hammer from coming down upon your head.

If you search and don't know what your looking for then you will get beaten anyways lol! Just enjoy the bike. We are a great big group of disfunctionally inept goofs with all kinds of differing opinions and ways of stated said opinions. But the intentions are amost always not bad...... lol!
