No kidding, I read somewhere it only affects new bikes 2013 and newer. However, I don't think it's gonna stop anyone. Try telling a Harley guy not to put screaming eagles on his bike! Or anyone with any type cruiser for that matter.

We seem to have it bad because of the one piece system. Slip ons are still ok as long as they meet sound requirements. All systems now have to have a EPA certified sounds emission label.
