local dealer has a leftover 2007 suzuki gsx-r1000 that they are wanting 9k for. thoughts??? i think it should be discounted more than that as the retail was 11,400. wasn't it buell that has some massive discounts last year for leftovers.

my husband got a brand new 2007 Honda CBR 1000 leftover last year for $7200.00, That may still be still a little high.

Is the bike built yet? If it is, how long has it been built for?

I would definitely negotiate replacing all the fluids and new tires if the bike has been built for a few years.

That's way high IMO. A friend got an 08 ZX10 for $6500 OTD. $9K is a sale price, not a left over blowout price.

yeah, i didn't look to long at it too long, i was figuring closer to 8k.
oh well, just a pipe dream at the moment anyways. not upgrading until next year anyways. they are changing the r6 for 2011 arn't they?
