Need help controlling my money!

all my car club friends spend thousands upon thousands modding their cars. then, it's wife, baby, and "going back to stock" threads on the forum... :lol: and, that's if they don't sell their car, as a few even did that...

i don't really like modding that much myself. modding is like pandora's box to me. once you open it, that's it. you're screwed... lol

Thing is though I gave up everything for motorcycles since I got into riding one. I don't play video games anymore, I barely hang out with friends and let alone I haven't really bought new clothes in a few years. I just wear my motorcycle gear and a black shirt.

Friend said he needed to get me out of buying motorcycle stuff he got me a gift card to a clothing store...

Yeah yeah, get a wife and kids? That would mean I would have to get off the bike to actually talk to girls instead of riding!

lol... i sorta know the feeling... i've been waiting for Starcraft II forever, and I've played like less than 10 times since it came out... xP once Force Unleashed II comes out, i know i'm in trouble... hahaha

well, life is a balancing act....

riding is fun, but it shouldn't take over ur life. u still should make time to socialize,hang out with friends, and talk to girls... maybe if u go to a local bike meet u might meet some female riders? there aren't that many chicks at the meet i go to. but, there is this one korean chick that is uber hot that rides a gsx-r... she goes to the meets with her bf tho... lol

1/2 chin & 1/2 kor sounds uber hot... hehe well, korean chicks are just hot for some reason... i've dated a few, but it never worked out... a friend said that i'm too nice for them and that they only like assholes... ? but yah- the other girls at the meets that ride are usually with someone or married. but, there are still some single girls in our group who don't ride but that just come hang out tho... gangsta latina chicks w/ the tats & piercings kinda scare me as well... hahahaha

well, that kind of girl doesn't exist. any girl who tries to control ur money basically will make u spend it on her... and, asian girls notoriously spend money on like the most impractical things- esp like LV purses and designer shoes. they only have 2 hands and 2 feet. i dunno why they have to have so many bags and so many shoes. lol like my ex. she'd rather spend a grand on a purse and then she buys like crap tires for her car, which I tell her are not safe. priorities totally backwards.

I think it's best if I open up a separate savings account and deposit $50 a week or so... or from each paycheck.

my wife and i just have a deal that shes gets to spend however much i spend on clothes and crap and vice versa. as long as its not too extreme. trust me fellas, this deal comes in very handy because women love to spend money

Well, we all have our weaknesses when it comes to spending money. I spend way too much on games, dvds etc... And, now that I've started riding, I enjoy looking at gear and upgrading. <lol> well, at least it's for safety reasons- tho there is a slight bit of fun factor to it too...
