So today I decided to finally upload one of marthys fuel maps and found out my JuiceBox pro is dead.
I hooked my laptop up to it with the bike off, the power light is supposed to come on when you plug it into the laptop. The software could not see the controller and the light was not on.
I took the controller out of the bike and hooked it up to my PC and it still did not work or show up in the Toptune software.
I called two brothers customer service and they gave me an RMA number and told me to ship it to them and they would send me a new one. Apparently it has a life time warranty.
Thats not to bad I guess but it still sucks.
