yeah, nice job dude, get those asses for all their inconsiderate actions. I'm sure this could easily be made a bit of a class action for all the other members of the gym that lost items in their lockers.

They deserve to get jacked up hard.

If he is a good attorney he will motion for a membership list and contact all the members that might be affected.

If I got screwed like this, I think I would legitimately call the Employee who sold me the membership, every manager in the area and every executive in the corporate office EVERY SINGLE DAY! I would absolutely ruin their year! Then after making them miserable for a year, I would sue their ***! Total B.S.
