I recently installed bar-end mirrors on my 6R. Now I need base plates (I see that some of you have flush mount lights installed) and was wondering,those that do have mirror plates is this what you used? Thanks for any input,ideas. Laurie. And if the ZX mirrors do line up perfectly (heard it does from a couple of members on here) then I would do as mentioned above and look into that bike's mirror block-off plates.
The R1, R6, R6s Mirrors will not bolt on to the FZ6-R's mirrors. Modification is needed (drilling). So the Mirror block offs won't bolt on without modification either.

1+ on the ZX-6 mirrors fitting perfectly, that is what I have on my bike. That is the route that I would go CDN...
i have them as well on my bike. Check out project log, looks alot better then bar ends if you ask me.

Found these on E Bay,,, bonus is that seller is Canadian too and shipping is only $2.00. These are cheaper than the ones in my previous thread. I picked up a set of ZX-6R block off plates from Cycle Gear when I put my bar end on. $25 I think...
Just ordered some from ebay for $9ish + shipping. $14 total I think... I should have check there first, They're right around the corner from here...

$14 isn't bad though. The only problem with the ones I got is that the posts are a little on the short side so I couldn't tighten the nuts down as much as I wanted to. Other than that it was a great fit.
I was looking into Rizoma mirrors. Has anyone mounted those in the stock location? If not, can I mount them on the handlebars?
I would like to know where to get the led signals that go where the mirrors are.
