Just hit 1000 miles

I just hit the 1,000 mile mark on my bike. I'm going to be changing the Oil/filter again this weekend, and then begin letting her go. Cant wait to see what this bike can REALLY do!

I just hit the 1,000 mile mark last week. I got the oil changed at 600 miles. I'm currently at 1,3xx miles. Should the oil be changed again around the 1,000 mile mark??

Yes, I changed mine at 600 miles and then again at 1,000.

congrats... I remember when.... nah, been way to long ago for me

I been scared to look at what I'm at after getting back from Indy... that added just shy of 1400 miles in four days... been giving the bike a little break since then

You can if you want but it is not needed. I asked my dealer when I had them do the 600, and they said no, wait for the 4k. He even told me that oil filter really only needs to be done every other time.However, I am all for more frequent than required, as oil changes are the cheapest preventative maint.

Just rolled over 20,000 mile mark

from crate to 20grand... love the bike.. has anyone had issues with cold starts and stalling?

I actually just went over 1000 miles on sunday night on a ride down the the city of chicago. It felt so much faster after 1000 miles.

Just kidding. Love the bike though. Congrats
