I just bought a GoPro Hero3+ Silver. Anyways, I know there are some GoPro Riders on here so I was just wondering what setting you guys ride in. I am going to mount the side view on my helmet first, but do you guys ride on Wide, Medium or Narrow view?

i have like a fake go pro and it doesn allow to zoom like your does but i think if your just takign the scenery leave it on wide. If you are trying to film a buddy in front or behind you zoom in.

I use medium or narrow....


with wide you loose some perspective as to how curvey the road is...

play around with it and see what you like though! ....I spent a week taking videos from my car to see what I liked best.

I love the wide but do a couple test vids choose for yourself

Only settings I ever adjusted on Hero 2 was to 720. 720 is more than good enough for youtube or getting some stupid driver's license plate number, and battery lasts longer.
