So in a strange twist of events, my new girl is HERE ! :D

She is already lowered (I don't know how much, but I can almost flat foot at 5'2) , but if you had control of what mods she had, what would you do to her?

I am definitely thinking an exhaust, no cut frame sliders, a fender eliminator kit, and turn integrated tail lights, but not sure of brands on any of those so suggestions are welcome :)

Welcome to the forum.

I personally would do protection first, then the fun stuff. Do frame sliders, Crankcase and engine guards and radiator guard. Then go for the FE/Exhaust etc.. That way should the unfortunate something happen, the effects wont be as bad.

I think that is excellent, excellent advice, thank you! I have to look into those Shogun no cut frame sliders.... the thought of chopping her up freaks me out o_O lol

The only Radiator guard is the R&G one. You can get that at several places Twisted Throttle or SoloMotoParts are two that come to mind. Twisted throttle can be expensive shipping though. Solomotoparts you will either get free shipping or with only something else small will qualify for free shipping.

For the Crankcase and Engine guard you can get them at the same place for the R&G ones, or you can get the Rizoma parts from PJSPARTS.. I went for Rizoma because I thought they looked nicer and covered better.

I have the new Danmoto slip-on available. 1/2 the price of the big boys exhaust. If you are interested in a Two Bro, I know where you can have a used one with PCV... should be available soon!

But be part of the Marthy Group is priceless! LOL Well, I like to think so...lol

Yeah I would look at the Projector Headlight to improve your vision in night riding and also maybe braided brake lines also.... :)

FE, integrated tail light, and flushie front turn signals make the bike look super sexy. IMO it's the way the bike should have rolled out of the factory.

Marthy Viper w/db killer and PCV is the perfect volume for commuting or long rides, makes a great sound, and gets you a little more power.

Get a windshield, ANY windshield is better than stock. Most also look a lot better.

Bam. You're bike is now perfect. Any other mods are fine, but this is basically how Yamaha should have built it. You're welcome :thumbup:
