I need a little reassurance on the bike I bought.... :(

Definitely dropped.

I have the exact same damage on my bike from my low speed drop. the scratches actually start horizontal and swoop up on my bike, the mirrors got scratched up and the right indicator folded in (popped back into place), but no bar end damage or lever scrapes.

I was doing about 5mph when I went down.

Rear brake pedal was exactly the same as yours, bent in and actually when used would catch on the frame and lock on so I bent it out a little enough to use it. Then a service and the dealer seems to have done it properly out of kindness so it's good as new now.

didn't read the whole thread - if not done already - leave that Dealer Neg. ebay feedback, like - advertised as like new, bike arrived with VARIOUS scratches and bent brake pedal!

of course they can claim shipper did it, and if so, get dealer to put this in words via email, then you have grounds for shipment damage claim.

another option since they are a dealer, tell em you feel cheated on description and it would surely make you feel much better to not leave them neg. feedback if they at least shipped you some new parts - ask for all and settle for some
