I have a problem with my fz6r!!!!!

Its a 2013 yamaha fz6r i bought it brand new its completely stock except it has a m4 pipe on it now i service It every 4000 miles its now at 17000 it started a few months ago as i drive down the road the rpm gauge needle will go back and forth very slightly its barely noticeable but it makes my bike sound really strange its basically sounds like its accelerating And decelerating slightly At the same time it reminds me off a cheese grader sound

Does it happen at any specific RPM? Is the throttle moving whatsoeveR?

My mechanical friend said check the ground on the bike. Make sure your battery connectors are clean too. And that it might possibly be the throttle position sensor. He doesn't know for sure cause it's not in front of him, but he said there could be a few reasons.

It happens at any speed or rpm but it acts just fine idling. And thank you guys i really appreciate the help

Have you replacd the:
1: sparkplugs
2: airfilter
3: chain and spockets
4: clutch cable

Sounds like water got into the cam angle sensor to me.

Either that or dodgy TPS.

If it was only doing it at higher loads, I'd suspect spark plugs.
