How much did you pay for your FZ6R?

Paid $4000 for my 2009 over a year ago with about 3.5k miles on it. Pristine condition--only mod was an undertail kit. I drove 1.75 hrs to pick it up and rode back in freezing weather at night on the highway with no cold gear. WORTH IIIIT

Bought in July 2012.

$4100 + DMV fees/tax for 2009 Blue w/ 6900 miles from private party. Stock bike w/ no damage.

new '13 price

Just bought a 2013 fz6r "blue" $8000 out the door. Went in looked at the bike, salesman said when are you ready to buy. I said now if the deal is right. He got the manager, the manager came back with a price of close to $11,000! with all the tax and other BS. I laughed and said i was thinking 7K, knowing that was a low ball offer. After about 45 minutes we agreed on 8k out the door. I am a very satisfied customer! Good luck everyone out there thinking of buying dont let those salespeople get you!

Yea about what I paid. It sucks to see others buying the same bike for half or even a third of what we paid but id rather pay the $$$$ and know my bike instead of trustung my life on the word of a previous owner just wanting to get rid of it you know what I mean? anyhow enjoy

Yeah you got a great deal bro! I bought a leftover 2011 last year for about $800 under the 2012 msrp. So since it's leftover another year still that sounds about right, especially for a winter sale.

Cold ride for a darn good price at a dealership

I drove from Houston to Lufkin on a freezing day about 3 weeks ago to get my
2012 Yamaha FZ6R from Lufkin Powersports. It had 1287 miles on it with a fender eliminator kit and rear LED turn signals. I paid $5418.80 drive out.

Bought mine damn expensive

You guys are really lucky. In Malaysia, the bike is priced at RM42,000 all included. Thats 13,500 USD.. Super Expensive. Nearly double what you all pay. That's for a bike assembled in Malaysia. If it were a harley or a super sport the price is tripled..
