whatever

how many miles on your rear sprocket.... and how has it been holding up. did you use the stock chain or replaced with new one.

i wil be changing over in the next day or two.... with about 2100 miles i will be using the stock chain. 46 to 43

dart... are those 17k on the stock sprockets or did you change up.

if you did were you able to use the stock chain and length.

No one makes aftermarket steel sprockets? :(

well i just installed the 43 teeth rear alum sprocket.... what a pita to adjust the chain since the adjuster coller move around alittle.

when i adjust for slack still not sure if i use the same point of the chain, or do i use the top of the chain plate and then as i pull down use the bottom edge of the plate.

hope that makes sense

test drive later with new sprocket and post my results..

what big differents the bike is so much better to ride..... and was great before so thats saying alot.

i don't have to shift into 2nd after 12ft anymore.. the gear ratio is so improved with the bike having all that midrange i hardly notice a power loss at all

does anybody know if my speedo would be more acurate now..... im surprised bike are geared so low stock...

well my 2nd best mod to date.

i can take off in 1st gear will out even giving the bike any gas at all.....

it was dark out and im not big at driving at night.... but from what i can tell the bike will be much better at staying with traffic for sure.

.

o the sprocket was from AFAM and the company said there good for 10,000 miles with a good chain and proper care.... he said the steel ones will last close to 20,000 or more.

Well, according to gearingcommander.com, your 43 tooth rear is almost identical to doing the 17 tooth front sprocket (about a 0.5 mph difference between the two)...so, I would say that your speedo is probably pretty dead on accurate now. Good to hear about your mod.
