Was in stop and go traffic today because some soccer mom in an SUV decided to make 2 cars in front of her a hood ornament. So the left lane on the freeway was closed, and traffic was backed up a good 5 miles or so.
Also I think it didn't help when a undercover cop turned on his lights and pulled over someone in this stop and go traffic.
If he was going the speed limit and you passed him, then whatever....but, that was a lame reason for him to stop you. At least he didn't give you a ticket.

On my ride out to meet Dart yesterday, some a-hole was right on my ass...I get over into the next lane and he passes me, gives me a thumbs up, and on the back of his cab he had a look for motorcycles sticker...:banghead:
Today, I had someone come up fast in the left lane and cut over just in front of me and hit the brakes to make a right turn at the signal. I had already slowed down to make the turn but this a$$hat didn't bother to signal and the gap was about 2 feet. No big deal to me as I was testing my Hearos high fidelity ear plugs. After the turn, he took the right lane and I swung into the left, he decided to change lanes right into me and I revved it dropped a gear and hit the horn as I punched it full throttle right next to his open window. He tried to catch up to me in his Lexus but lane splitting kept him stuck in traffic. I pulled into the market I was going to after he was back about 1/2 mile and after I parked, 2 Police cars come circling. They asked me how my ride was and I told them about the Lexus and the license plate number, description of the driver etc and what he did and they said he called in on me for making an unsafe lane change. I cracked a big smile because I could see his face making up BS... I said if he wanted to press charges (which he couldn't), I'd be happy to counter charge with attempted vehicular assault which is a felony vs any BS minor infraction he could come up with and never prove. A call into the dispatch and the cops gave me the thumbs up and they drove away.
The Hearos worked perfectly.....knocks about 20 DB off the loud pipe and the wind but voice range is perfect. I heard the Cop just fine. Also the sanitary wipes at the market are great to clean them after you pull them out.
