The cut off on the headlamp dip beam is on the other side. 
Am I correct in thinking some US states require running lights built into the front turn lights? If so, that's not a feature on EU spec models, they are just turn indicators, pure and simple.
Don't worry, everything else is the same. I had a California-spec Honda NX650 Dominator 12 or 13 years ago. All the controls were in the same place!
Unless you get one of these of course!
Note the hand gearshift lever on the side of the "tank"!
A friend of mine has one of those, and rides it in the Round Britain bike rally most years!
