If you have removed your front reflectors, can someone post a pic so I can see, not sure if want to remove or not.

Why not just take yours off and have a look, don't like it ,put 'em back on ?

Not the best pic...

Note: I have red wheel stripes to put on, I think that will take away from the "missing something" look without the reflectors

Torque the caliper bolts to 29ft lbs and check them after riding a few times...

I didn't realize they were attached to the same bolts as the calipers, that kinda sucks.... I don't have a torque wrench, so I'll have to wait or see if my friend has one. Looks better than I though it would though. I have white wheel stripes which light up nice so feel no need for front reflector. Thanks for the pic.

Hey, also noticed your over on the west side, nice. To bad it wasn't closer and we could meet up and ride.

IS THAT A VW FLOORPAN NEXT TO YOUR BIKE...OH BOY!! Love them VW's!!!!!

Total pan off resto? Dune Buggy....NICE....im all out of vw's at the moment.

Good call! Its a body off resto on a 71 Super Beetle, but I am turning into a autocross car :)

The bike has really taken away motivation on the car but my goal is to be finished by the ened of the year. I have repaired all the floor pan rust I just need to POR15 the entire chassic, then slap the body back on.

Its gonna be tuned for autocross, but it will have a touch of modern styling on the interior, 2003 GTI Seats and some fancy electronics and all aftermarket gauges :)

The transmission is just behind the bike and the engine is just out of the frame on the right.. I have a pic of the body and my shop in the whats your other ride thread..

Thinking if you do remove the reflectors, make sure you park at night under light or plan on someone not seeing it. Of course people have trouble seeing us anyway. :don'tknow:

I only took mine off because I got the red reflective wheel stripes, I dont want both orange and red reflecting up front lol..

I have white reflective wheel stripes, that is why I'm probably going to remove them. Was also thinking about putting sme reflective stickers right on the front shocks as well. Just haven't found what I'm looking for yet. If not did find some yamaha decals wouldn't mind putting on.

How the heck did you know it's a VW floorpan from that pic? Can you name that tune in 2 notes, too?

Of course it will look OK, was never designed for them anyway, just an after thought for some markets :)

Over here you can spot an American import at forty paces by the fork reflector ;)
