Fairing Screws

I've been looking around for ages, and made two purchases that now occupy a shed draw. I want to replace the silver fairing screws with black anodized ones, the dealer nor anyone else seems to be able to help me.

The bike is a FZ6R 2012 and there seem to be two differently threaded fairing screws, a thicker and thinner diameter also.

i gave up looking as it's difficult to find the exact same screws in black and instead i bought some Plasti-Dip in spray form, taped off the threaded part of the screw, and coated the head of the screw (several coats worth). you can't tell it's not anodized unless you get up close. i have a 2012 raven and the black coating i put on them blends in nicely with the black fairing. a $6 bottle of that spray will cover a lot. not sure if you can get it in australia though.

Do you know the size of th bolts?

They don't have the fz6r listed but you can also search by size.

Have you tried a local auto repair's/ paint business?

I'm not certain but def worth a shot, those guys a usually more than capable

I would suggest finding a manufacturer of these and contact them directly...or ones like these.

Hi mcjfauser, have you tried Pro-Bolt Australia? I blv the XJ6 S Diversion is equivalent to FZ6R.

hope he is still not looking lol, you can buy fairing bolts in any color you want on ebay, mine are red. The fatter ones are a little tougher to find, but you can only really see one of them

Sixty61 is where I purchased mines. I got the spike looking ones. I bought three sets. One in red, one in white, and lastly a set in blue.
