i just took the plunge and special ordered the valter moto rear sets for the xj6 diversion. should be in in a few weeks and ill post pics on install and fitment.

can't wait to get rid of the nasty oem rear sets as they are my biggest complaint with the bikes look.

I'm still waiting on them to arrive. they didnt ship just my item, they get a container at a time so it has to be filled first to be economical for he distributor. plus I told them I wasn't in a hurry.

I did get and invoice for my balance though so they should be on the way soon. pics will go up when they arrive.

wait, so your new shifter has a peg at the pivot point as well? that seems interesting or am I looking at it wrong?

dude these are amazing. I need these....and a riding suit. can you also have someone take a picture of you and your leg position on the bike with the rearsets installed...or use a mirror. I wanna see how the body position is altered by this mod.

Looks like it will raise your feet up in the rear with the toe towards the ground 15 degree angle it looks like.

I still can't find them anywhere but if he has exact year then any rearset for that year bike will work.

you can adjust the levers to sit at a few angles. I can't get to the bike to get you a sitting pic ATM as its boxed in and I'm beat.

no one else other than valter moto makes rearsets for the fz6-r/xj-6. that and PJ's Parts is the only official us importer as far as I know. they are great to deal with so feel free to call em up and order a set.

So do you lose your rear brake light with this? Looks like the spring assembly can no longer work and you will have no light when you use the rear brake. Unless I'm missing something. Which is entirely possible today.
