Evotech tail tidy FE - current link

Is this the right product?

Yamaha XJ6, XJ6 Diversion, (2009-11) Tail Tidy/Fender Eliminator | EvoTech

So far I kind of like the look of the Evotech FE the most. The other FE kits seem to position the plate/signals too far in, and I like being able to use the stock turn signals. A little expensive, I know, but the build quality seems good from other posts I've seen. Just wanted to make sure this is the same fit for a US FZ6R. Do they include the adapter plate for US license plates?
