I need help. so I just got the goPro hero 2 and it rattels like crazy in the case when i hard mount it to the bike. I attempted to stuff it with tissue around the edges but it still rattels. WTF how do you guys do it

Mine has been about 100% perfect out of the box with no mods. Don't know how to help you...

Should not rattle at all.
In fact, it should be almost tough to close and lock the "door," once you have the camera in there, assuming you have the white rubber gasket in place around the perimeter of the case. That acts as both a water sealant, and "rattle inhibitor."

EDIT: That white rubber "locking plug" above is *not* what I was referring to. I was talking about the white gasket that sits between the case and the door.

That would depend on where the rattle is originating. If it's between the camera (and case) and the mount, then the locking plug will help. If it's between the actual camera and the housing, that's another issue.

alright so yesterday after work and this morning on the way to work I was able to test the white rubber thing. and this fixed 99.9 percent of my rattle / noise.

i did place it on the j hook but it was a B&%^ and riped the little ring holder off.

that rattle was kiilimg my vids. much better
