Pfft. My bike is *constantly* dirty. Then again, there are 2 major contributing factors that lead to this:

1) It's stored underneath a carport.

2) In an apartment complex.

3) I live in the desert.

:D

Sometimes you have to get your hand in there near the shock to clean the dust.

I've been guilty of having a clean bike, except very dusty in that spot before.

I've never washed my bike even once... All I do is spend about 15 minutes wiping off the dust & bugs with Windex wipes after each ride. And, that's it. So far this has worked ok for me.

Thats what ive been doing. Washing seems like it would be too much work for the same result. And mines dusty all the time, i have a 1/5th of a mile driveway of white gravel. Black rims ftl.
