You can't sell! !! Not allowed. Why are you thinking of this?

Everything is good, but the custom paint will hurt you. Around here I would guess $5500, but will probably do better in CA.

If serious, its very personal mods you have done... Maybe sell to corporate Monster guy? :D

Strip the monster stuff off of it and put it back to stock as much as you can.

Sell for around $5500-$5900. Sell the goodies for extra profit since they wont add much to the price on the bike. Expect closer to the $5500 mark.

Better hope someone with a boner for Monster see's it and has to have it. You can't personalize a bike too much otherwise people get turned off.

I've been riding for just over 50 years. This is one of the sweetest bike's i've owned. I also have a Kawy Z1000 in the garage and still ride my FZ6R daily.

If you're looking to give away all that custom work then go for it. No one is going to pay for what you have done to it. And no one is going to appreciate the work more than you. Unless you're looking to move on to a SS, and even then you'll miss the comfort of the 6r. I cursed at the myself a couple of times after I traded mine for my ZX6R. But now I've gotten used to it. However, mine wasn't nearly as custom as yours. You've got a unique bike sir, I'd say keep it!

Take the monster stickers off and you'll be fine. I think. If I were you I wouldn't take less than 5200 for it. Anything under that is just giving it away.

yea its tough to even think about practically giving away my baby...

it is not necessary to get rid of... it would simply ease my overall goals and plans. it would enable them to happen sooner is all.

OR

I keep my baby and just make those other plans wait a bit longer.

Thank you guys for knocking some sense into me. I don't know what the **** I was thinking.

Just curious, what goals are you talking about? We might be able to brainstorm to help you realize them sooner without selling the bike.

Take it from me. If you have a bunch of mods, it isn't really going to help you. I got $5500 for mine, and I think it is because I had a buy here, pay here dealership buy it from me, and they told me they were going to list it higher than a brand new OEM FZ6R :eek:

Yea I know I know the more I think of it and after u guys knocking me to my senses... It's not going anywhere! I put too much into it.
